Jake Athanasiades Dance Room's Carnival Dance was just Spectacular! The carnival costumes were absolutely stunning! Every detail of the costumes had been carefully crafted, with intricate beading, embroidery, and embellishments that caught the light and sparkled as the dancers moved across the floor. The colours were rich and vibrant, with a kaleidoscope of hues that dazzled the eyes. Feathers, sequins, and glitter added to the overall effect, making the costumes seem almost magical in their beauty. The sheer amount of work that had gone into each costume was evident, and it was clear that every dancer had been carefully dressed to create a cohesive, dazzling overall look for the show.
The first carnival vehicle at was truly a sight to behold! It was a large, towering statue that represented the carnival king, with dark hair and piercing blue eyes. The statue was adorned with intricate details and vibrant colours, making it a truly stunning centrepiece of the parade.
At the back of the statue was a massive spinning golden wheel. The wheel represented the sun and was positioned behind the carnival king, providing a beautiful backdrop for the dancing carnival queen who was twirling and spinning in front of the statue. People crowded around the vehicle, taking pictures and waving, caught up in the excitement of the moment. The sheer size and intricacy of the statue was truly impressive, and it set the tone for the rest of the show, promising a colourful, vibrant, and unforgettable experience for all those in attendance.

The overall theme of the Jake Athanasiades Dance Room's carnival dance show was an Aztec-inspired spectacle that was a feast for the eyes! The costumes worn by the performers were rich in colour and detail, and ranged from sun and moon motifs to warrior outfits that were inspired by the Aztec culture. The warrior outfits were impressive, with their bold colours and striking designs that made the dancers look like they had stepped right out of history. The attention to detail in all the costumes was impressive, and the overall effect was a visual feast that left the audience breathless. From the sun and moon to the warriors, the Aztec-inspired theme was brought to life in a truly unforgettable way, making for a carnival dance show that will be remembered for years to come.
