Vivid Colour Films was tasked with a beautiful project, a Real Estate video with a Lifestyle twist. Villa Bali is a luxurious property in one of Aphrodite Hills prime locations. Overlooking the mediterranean sea, the three story villa features two pools, water features, five bedrooms, a fitness room, cinema room, meditation room a large kitchen and living room as well as a study and many outdoor sitting areas.
While showing the property in itself was a great project, we wanted to go the extra mile and show the luxury of living at Villa Bali.
Now that we had the idea, we had to identify the target market and create a script that will speak to the potential buyers. After a brainstorming session and research, we defined the type of models we wanted to cast as well as the storyline of the Villa Bali Aphrodite Hills Real Estate Video. In order for us to show all highlights of the property, we created a script that shows a modern international couple arriving at Villa Bali and experiencing an afternoon, evening and morning at Villa Bali.
The scenario included four models, the couple that owned the property, a friend who joined them for a glass of wine in the garden and a Yoga instructor that trained the leading lady in the garden. The script was ready and the shooting date confirmed, we were ready for the big day. As this shoot involved actors and lighting it took a lot of preparation on the previous day, not only did we prepare gear we also arranged props for the villa such as flowers, bedsheets, food for a breakfast scene and essentials for the Yoga scene as well.
